when you transfer securities from another broker to an iDealing Standard, ISA and/or SIPP account!

• the value of the transferred line of stock must be GBP 1000.00 or more at the time the stock is credited to your account. For each transferred qualifying line of stock you will be credited a GBP 10.00 commission credit to the account in which the stock was transferred.
• a cap of GBP 150.00 per portfolio type (i.e. Standard, ISA and/or SIPP account) will be applied with respect to the value of earned commission credits.
• all credits are for commissions only and are applied against commission expenses you incur when trading with iDealing.com in the account to which the stock was transferred.
• commission credits will expire after one year from the date of their grant
• any applied commission credits will be dis-applied (i.e. debited from your account) if your account is closed for any reason and/or you transfer any securities out of your account within a year of the commission credit being applied
• transfers out of cash from an account will be subject to a minimum remaining balance in your account of at least one year's administration fees plus any amounts you have been credited for transfers-in for the relevant portfolio
• commission credits are not transferable to third parties such as new or existing iDealing customers nor are they transferable to another account that you own.
