iDealing Introducing Broker Services

iDealing offers trading services for brokers, intermediaries, agents and their clients. iDealing provides trading in a range of instruments including all Crest eligible equities and bonds, as well as providing CFD and Spreadbetting accounts.

There are two main types of arrangement:

Introducing Agents

Clients are introduced by an agent to iDealing. Thereafter the agent takes no further part in the relationship. The client applies to open the account in their own name and completes iDealing's account opening documentation. The client operates the account on his or her own behalf.

iDealing will pay the introducing agent a finders/introduction fee, or may return a share of the commission earned from the introduced client for a fixed period of time. The existence of this arrangement will be disclosed to the introduced client upon request. Any such fees or rebate may be disclosed to the introduced client.

Introducing Broker - Fully Disclosed Accounts

Clients are introduced to iDealing.com by you in the capacity of an Introducing Broker. The client applies to open an account in their own name, having completed iDealing.com's account opening documentation. The client additionally completes a Power of Attorney third party mandate empowering the Introducing Broker to operate the account on behalf of the client.

iDealing.com will agree remuneration arrangements with you as an Introducing Broker. The existence of this arrangement will be disclosed to the introduced client, who may upon request ask for full details. All fees or rebates paid to you will be disclosed to the client. Introducing Brokers will need to demonstrate that they are regulated or exempt from regulation.

In suitable cases iDealing may be able to appoint you as an Appointed Representative and thereby provide you with a regulatory umbrella under which you can offer financial services within the United Kingdom.
