MiFID Complaints Procedure
Where your complaint is a MiFID complaint and we do not resolve it within 3 business days, we will:
- Send you an acknowledgement of your MiFID complaint promptly - normally within 5 days of receipt of your complaint.
We will always ensure that your complaint is properly and adequately investigated by a person of sufficient expertise and competence who was not directly involved in the matter you are complaining about, unless it is impractical to do so.
